Control Breakouts In 3 Steps...

We usually find we break out at the most unwanted times - whether its the day of a first date, your perfect wedding day or an important interview. Having unlucky timing with a breakout can knock your confidence and leave you feeling self conscious. Here are 3 easy ways to help control and reduce congested skin.

Step One:

Use products that are correct for your skin type. If you are having regular breakouts, you will have an oily type of skin in those areas. Therefore you must check the products you use as this could be one of the causes!

** Top Tip: Clear out your products and stick to ONE brand only. If you mix and match, this can cause serious irritation and regular breakouts. **

Step Two:

Have a think about your lifestyle. How often do you wash towels and pillow cases? How much water do you drink? Do you take your makeup off every evening? In order to maintain clear skin, you need to keep your skin as clean as you can. No removing makeup can block you pores and cause bateria to spread.

** Top Tip: Drinking plenty of water, eating healthily and exercising - all keep your skin fresh inside and out!

Step Three:

Oily skin will get spots and/or blackheads along with shiney skin by the afternoon. Here is which products and ingredients you need to reduce this.
